So is it Budget Truck rental that is friendly towards renting to fireworks people, and if so are there any more?
Thanks

Seems to be who most display companies use but unless something has changed those rentals are all corporate accounts and are monthly rentals under a special fireworks contract. If you walk in off the street and rent a Budget truck it's going to have the same "no flamables or explosives" clause as everyone else.

Thanks for the info - I thought it was mostly for companies, thanks for confirming.

It's a funny thing about Budget trucks. 99% of the time if you see them driving on grass, they likely have toys. If I remember correctly, U-Haul is anti when it comes to 1.3 or 1.4. That may be dated information though, it's been many years since I spoke with them about moving pyro w/ their rentals.

I really do not know 100% but as far as I remember and worked these professional displays, I always remember getting excited when I see these Budget Trucks parked at a shoot site. This is why I added one of these Budget Trucks in one of my fireworks products with Jake's World Class about 6 years ago.

Making that truck on the sides of the cake a Budget-like truck made all the difference. Any other generic truck would have felt way out of place. Although I didn't necessarily think "Budget" in the graphic after seeing it all these years, now that Dave says it, I can see it now, and it absolutely makes the graphic work by making it feel familiar; making it feel genuine. Good call. As an aside, its pretty impressive to see the DF1 brand evolve into an actual 1.4 brand, and ultimately into a 1.4 line of product after two decades. That's pretty damn cool. Not many endeavors stand the test of time, but Pyro Talk sure has, not an easy feat.
