Can anyone recommend who will have open shoots for 1.3 this coming year specifically in the Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania area?

I also echo JOIN YOUR LOCAL PYRO CLUB. is probably your best bet. Since you indicate which states - "GUESSING" you are from Ohio - 2 clubs there - OPAG and NEOPG - i have no idea who to contact for either club
i can't answer for other companies - for open shoots.
