am i correct in assuming that if i buy the boss cakes w/o salutes those do not need to be stored in a mag?

Salutes = 1.3 = storage

Articles of pyrotechnics = no storage

Keep in mind it depends on state rules. In new York they even want 1.4g stored in a mag.

So true in Massachusetts you must keep caps in a magazine.......
