Questions on Storage of 1.3G and Type 54 License

Ive been debating going for my Type 54 license but my biggest hang up has been the storage of 1.3G supplies and creating a magazine. I have no worries about passing any of the checks or questions during the interview but im unsure how the storage will work. Ive read through the orange book but im still not entirely sure what I would need for a magazine or if I could just purchase and use within a day or so.

If anyone has some examples of Magazines that would be helpful (I have 22 acres that I could use to build/house a small magazine which I assume would suffice but Im not sure how the "Job box" for actual storage would work and the requirements of it.
