It showed up pretty good for a daytime cake? Sometimes hard to tell from the video's.

Yes it did. The hang time on the horsetails wasn't the best in the world---but you can only do so much with a small calibre tube insert compared to a shell which can have much larger stars. I am satisfied with it and would recommend it.
