Does anyone know how much flash is contained in each single Lady Finger crackers..?

I believe the good ones are around 50m.g by design. Some of the class 3 and 4 ladies are a bit bigger and contain a bit more flash. I measured a Red Lantern boomer lady from the early 1980's a few years back and it was 46 m.g. I consider those ladies one of the best. The class 7 black cat ladies are very good also. Better than most modern 50m.g 1.5 inch crackers. I haven't measured one but Black Cat crackers have always been compliant with the 50 m.g law on modern crackers.

I agree. Another thing to consider is the quality of flashpowder. A very good report can be had even with just 50mg or under, if the composition is of a high quality, and yet, if the quality is poor, you might not get anything as loud compared to an adult snap.
