those look to be consumer grade witch i think are still illegal in nj and new york. so i wonder if this was a under the table operation of some sort. at first im like oh no dont tell me it was all class b fireworks headed to a show and then im ok maybe it was all safe and sane fountains like they allow in NJ. ???

Yea it appeared to be consumer from the video. It could of just been traveling through the state. It is still illegal here and the safe and sane stuff is garbage and expensive for what they are. It's crazy, they sell fountains at 7-11 now and want like $30 for this small fountain. I don't know who actually wastes there money on that stuff.

The first year the law changed to safe and sane, a few stores popped up selling garbage fireworks and the prices were outrageous. Those stores never popped up again since that year.

Looking at this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e2iVtaBwD54&t=278)video, looks like it was most likely legal fireworks in transport. The back of the trailer has it's placard and it's not some unknown company or individual pulling it. That's what I'm going with at least.

Yea I agree, I think it just happen to catch fire in an illegal state while passing through.

It looks like Consumer Fireworks were involved. Towards the end of the video it looks you can see the truck.

Wow I wonder what caused this to happen. Did the truck caught fire first which cause the fireworks to discharge. Or possibly someone was smoking beforehand it could even be from friction causing static electric. Who knows this is something that you don't see everyday. Im really curious what actually caused this to happen.

That's a good question. Maybe a bearing got really heated and started a fire?
