Using E-Port to pass fire to next cake - Spirit of 76 cakes

I have a string of the Spirit of 76 16s Silver Flash. Looking at the E-Port they have equipped on the last shot, it's making me wonder if I can't stick the fuse for cake #2 into the E-Port of Cake #1 and pass the fire along with the factory visco?

They look to be about the same height, and wrapping the two together would give me the 60 second total run time I'm looking for versus sacrificing 4 additional cues 30 seconds later.


Is this possible/recommended?

I’ve done this with a few cakes. If no port you can always poke the other side too. Just double check which way the fuse burns and start on each side
