Looking at the article picture. Too many assortment packs and some gender reveal items. Whoever this is, is an amateur fireworks enthusiast.

I think this person is more of a money enthusiast than fireworks enthusiast. 30ish years ago there was a guy in the next town over who would drive up to PA and load up a uhaul with everything he could and he would sell it for double the cost out the back of the truck a month before July. He did this for many years. He probably eventually got caught but once I got my license I was driving up to PA on my own so not really sure what happened to that guy.
