yep - you def are allowed to do that. They have a section roped off in their field for 1.3 shooting.
My advice with the couple open shoots i went to - make sure you get there plenty of time before open shooting starts - or you will be out of luck on getting 1.3.

hello all just a question but if i have my type 54 in time for the open shoot thursday at kellners are you able to purchase 1.3 and shoot it, i know you are for 1.4 but i didn't know about display fireworks.

They would like 48 hours advance notice for 1.3g orders but that rule can be bent. Much of their 1.3g is off site and it depends on available man power whether or not they will do it for you on short notice. Hope to see you there.

I am going to come up for a day depending on my schedule with work and of course wife............. never been to anything like this before and I want to meet you guys on here. Whats the best day for that?
Thursday night is open shoot, Friday 1.4 demo & Sat 1.3 demo. If you are only into 1.4 then the best time is Thursday since Bob has a special where you can buy as many single [or more] pieces of 1.4 product at the full case price. Great deal but the downside is if you see something at the Friday Demo you like you missed the Thursday single piece discount price opportunity.

Looking very much forward to it. Seeing I missed the fall picnic. I had a very bad migraine for 13 straight days (went to emergency room and docs twice for pain shots) and then on and off for a week. Was really looking forward to the Oct 1 picnic with WNYPA. Is there a spring one?

I was on Kellners site today to checking out the new format and I do not like it at all. What I did like was that they seem to be carrying a lot more close proximity products. I will be testing a lot of them during their open shoot night. For those that are going look me up if your interested in seeing them in action.
