Single point burst PFS040,041,042 ect

Does anybody have any experience with these? How do you set them up?

I picked up several boxes of them a couple of years back and I have some scripted into my show. Needing to make a rack for them, but the only thing that I can come up with is something that has them dangling down from it by the wire for the ematch.

I laid one on the ground and shot it just to see what it would do, but I'm pretty sure that is not the correct way to use these.
