I picked up a few small 200 gram Fireworks called "Twitter Glitter XL" made by Mad Ox. Fountain with flaming balls.
Wierd thing is, it has the California SAFE and SANE label, along with "Shoots Flaming Balls and Reports".
Normally, those labels don't go along together.

I'm glad you didn't post a picture of warning label. From the looks of that product, I'm sure its a fountain of some sort. What I know about China and printed labels. If they already printed a large amount of the labels and you found a printing error of some sort, they most likely will still use up all of the misprinted ones before they make the correction and start using the new corrected ones. Whatever written regulations on those warnings are your rules not theirs they will tell you. LOL In the whole scheme of things , as along as the product performs in a Safe and Sane manner is all that matters. Now if you find a "Safe and Sane" designation on a artillery shells , then we have an issue. Occasionally you may find Consumer Fireworks that have new instruction labels pasted over-top of original instructions
.
