Bomb Squad Truck Become The Bomb

Earlier, I read an article about another mass of fireworks seized in California. Turns out, the bomb squad was brought in and and some things happened.

Who the hell does a planned detonation of confiscated fireworks in the middles of a residential neighborhood…which oddly enough.. is the entire reason they confiscated them in the first place

"Some huge kinda heavily armored container...." So the police essentially made a VBIED with powerful fireworks and then intentionally detonated it in the middle of a narrow residential road. I support police but I don't support stupid. It looked like a public "rub it in your face" event where the police show off their confiscated stash and try to make a statement of it with a fireworks flogging. Only in urban California.
