Cobra Firecracker Autopsy

Another video from Poland, here someone is taking apart the Cobra Firecracker and weighing the contents. A common mistake someone new to making firecrackers does is pack the powder contents tight in the container. The usual recommendation was ¾ full when making firecrackers. Although this Cobra from Italy looks, like about 50% full. Maybe it is more of a marketing strategy to make the container look so big. I like the simplicity of the Cobra cartridge.

Of course, it is almost impossible to find these Cobra firecrackers here in United States so it is always fun to see them here on youtube.

I found it interesting that the plastic end cap seemed like it was not glued in place.

I remember getting the german 15mm bird bombs at gunshows in the 90's they had a simple non glued cap like that and what looked like loose whistle comp in them . add a piece of visco
and instant ground salute .never failed to amaze me.

The cap of the cobras are not glued in place, why u see in a lot of videos the cobras are put on the ground standig up cause the plastic cap is known to fly away quite a distance.
Even saw a story of an other dutch fireworks freak that sayed the cap of a cobra blasted straight trough a window in a small street!
BTW the cobra's in the first video are not the originals, the original Cobra 6 is from Di Blasio Elio.

It may be important to mention, that the cracker depicted in the first video. Is NOT the original cobra from Italy, but nothing but a cheap copy from Poland.
It still packs a punch, but it is not nearly as powerful as one of the Originals.

and for the people wondering why the cobra is only half filled it has to do with expanding gasses have some place to go
before bursting out of the tube

I love this crackers! They say that they are extremely dangerous and you can blow up a whole wall with. If you bown up your hand. You're dead, ofcourse the police says that. In the first video are you purchasing those fireworks in Germany or Bellgium? I see you were shopping at Aldi Store. We have some Aldi stores her in United States but they do not sell fireworks. They sell food and some other unusual items. Over the year I purchased two Medion computers from Aldi.
I notice on some of the cake fireworks on the right hand side had a larger number written , I saw the numbers 35, 15, 68, 79 and 20 . Is this how many seconds the cake fireworks burn or does that number mean something else?

In Germany is it allowed to sell fireworks on the last 3 days in the year 29,30,31 december. That it also in the Sweiz, Austria too. So that was the first reason why I filmed it because in Holland fireworks must be in bunkers but there lay it down in the supermarket! With out boxes or bunkers. Okay, is not much what day have and they deliver every day 3-5 times new trucks full of fireworks but I can. In Holland ist that not possible. If you have a little cracker not in the bunker you get a lot of punishment. It's crazy but you pay 1000,- euro for it if you not have your fireworks in the bunker with the sell days(last 3 days in the year) 1000,- euro is around the 1400 dollar!

In Belgium you can buy whole year fireworks but mostly in special shops and if it is a shop with other stuff then lay the fireworks in bunkers. You can't get it by your own. Here in Holland where I life(but I life on the border by german and belgium) there you must order your fireworks and can get it the last day. And the shop give it to you. only what we see are dummy's.

But Europe wanna like on the states but is not working. In Holland is fireworks a big problem and a lot poeple are against it. But in the other country's is it free to have and shoot. Only Germany is like us but there are the punishments not so high then here in Holland. But I dont give a f.ck about it. I drive to other country's and shoot there my fireworks. If i catch in Germany I will get 200 euro punishment in Holland is that 2000,- euro. Rape a child in Holland is no problem, with 5 months and you are a free man again. Our country is total lost.......

Note that the first video you show at the top of the thread is a Polish "EKSTRA" cobra, not the original diblasio elio one ;-)) Also the first cobra 7 video "cobra6 vs cobra7", the cobra 7 is a fake CZEH imitation
