Looks like potential good news for pyro's in Ohio! Looks like the state legislature was paying attention to what Pa did last year. Hopefully it eventually makes it's way to the Governors desk.

Wow!! That?s great,, hope so.. the only thing they?ve proposed in NY lately is an extra .55 per gallon gas tax.. so that?ll be fun

YES... they will tack on an additional TAX...and just because they are legal to shoot only on designated days and times, your local government can still make them illegal and the state law will not be valid. So you will pay the increased price and can still get in trouble for shooting them illegally. Last I heard, from my state rep, the Goverrnor will not sign it. But if he does, it will not be law for another 30 days so this 4th of July... it will still be illegal to shoot any firworks in Ohio.
