Yes I can see that now. Bad pic and bad eyesight. So that makes it 1977-1993 when the UN classification system was adopted.

UN was adopted in 1994. 77-93 were still DOT but we?re supposed to be labeled 50mg loads

pic was so poor I couldn't see the UN 036. That makes it post 1993 as you note.
