Hi all. I'm looking for possible contingency storage in Central/West Central IN (Indiana). I know about Wayne's world and Lynch. However, they want me to use up product within 6 months or day of. So that means I have to shoot a whole case of stuff. Which is hard to achieve when just getting started, and say not having enough Guns (mortar racks) to shoot up the product.
Any other thoughts or recommendations.
I was hoping to get my 54 and then later this year or next to do my own magazine.

I am probably just going to look at doing an Indoor Job box, so that I can store leftover product.

Pretty standard if you're using a contingency. If you can't go by their rules, might not be worth applying for your 54.

Yeah. I understand. It was a misunderstanding from my side completely. Newbie mistake. I'm going to go with a Job box setup indoor, and talk to the agent about amending my app.

First thing I did when I got my 54 was pony up for seven 3" racks to handle a standard case of 72 shells (two left over to test the wind). Case quantities of cakes are usually only 2-4 cakes so shooting full cases isn't an issue. I'm usually wishing I had more, not less. I'd recommend using your contingency storage for a couple of years and then re-evaluate your storage requirements. I keep kicking around the idea of a job-box magazine myself but after 3 years I feel like it would be more of a luxury than a necessity.

Won't be able to store a lot in a job-box. 50lbs of product is max.

Having 24/7 access to your own magazine is awesome. If nothing else, you can pull your keys out and look at them while whispering "My Precious!" in your best "Lord of the Rings" voice.

True story. I just looked up one of my old invoices and a case of 72-3” was only 18#s
