I got $50.00 that says New York State will never legalize fireworks. There has been multiple generations of residents that have been programed to believe that fireworks are deadly and evil to ever allow such a horrible thing to become legal. Children could die, people could be maimed, my dog will bite me, my fish will go belly up, on and on and on. This country is becoming the thing that we were trying to get away from.

Ya, Ohio will cross over before NY, there really strict over there but honestly there is alot of nice farm land :)

Wow. I never knew this bill existed. I wish everyone in favor of the bill could sign a petition and hand it over to the State. Then again, I'm probably just dreaming. New York will never legalize fireworks!
