Antique Bird Scare question

This is my video from 2012. I received an email asking for information on routing the hoses on this antique bird scare device, he is restoring the device. If anyone on the forums happens to have diagrams or pictures of the hose routing please post it. The last I saw one of these was in 2012. Its seems easy to figure out but maybe I'm missing something.
