Does anyone have any references for lift times of the 1.4 pro lines? I understand each product is different and that even each product in a case may be different. Without doing an actual test on a product, I was looking for some of your suggestions on how you go about figuring your lift times? For example I have used the 80% rule: a 62mm peony is roughly 2.44 inches x 80% (0.80 x 2.44 = 1.9 sec) and 3" inch shell would work out 0.80 x 3 - 2.4 sec. I also have a picture of a chart but that is for 1.3 stuff.
So just wondering, beside doing a test of each article used are there any other methods?

62mm: 2.25 seconds works perfectly. I learned that from a thread somewhere in here.
I use 2s for the cakes that have 2 inch tubes.

Video, stopwatch, and chart. Most, but not all, have a lift or delay.
I have a large spreadsheet that has grown over the past many years. The times are based on manufacture videos, wholesaler videos and demo shows, my videos, other peoples videos, YT, club shoots, etc. I capture both lift time and duration. it is a constant work in progress. I also try to keep track of what year I purchased items. It is still a gamble, even with some of the pro items.

I do the same for all my consumer items, even daytime smoke stuff.
