Hello, all belong to multiple forums should have known that there would be a fireworks forum as well. This year was an extremely good year for us due to our local city display being canceled and the fact that everyone has been cooped up for so long. We had a pretty strong inventory from last year and were a little nervous about how the season would go this year so was hesitant to order heavy, should have listened to my gut instinct and ordered more product. Ended up running low on the 2nd and ended up making a mad dash out of state to get more product for the 3rd and 4th. 8 hour round trip but got enough to finish out the season. After 24 years we would think that we might have a better handle on things but have yet to figure this business out. We must be doing something right because we keep making money at it. We do not have a big operation, run just one stand and the business has grown every year from year one. Our stand is only 24ft. and we have decided to add an additional 8 ft for the up coming year and building two new 16' buildings. Going to make upgrades, added outlets, new Led lighting, additional shelving, new signage. Just curious if there are pics of peoples stand set ups to glean some shelving ideas from and maybe ideas as to what others do to access plastic bags used for product. Thanks in advance, FF.
