How many modules do you have for x minutes of show?

Last year I did my show with 7 18m modules and 3 slats for 10:30 of show time. It seemed like it could have used another 2 18m modules to keep it peppy.

This year I have 7 18m mods, 2 36m modules and 6 slats for 15:30 of show time and it still seems like i could have used at least another 2 18m modules.

If you are doing a 15 minute show, how many cues and slats are you using and is it enough?

There is always fuse chaining I am not doing a musical so I am planning to use fuse and put more devices on each que. I have 4 18ms 1 36m and a pile of slats space is my problem this is my first cobra show so i am planning to push buttons during the show.
