Would a 3 inch shell NOAB be considered 1.4g "Consumer Fireworks" or 1.3g Display

No, it wouldn't. If it actually shot a 3" shell, it would be considered 1.3. There are other videos were people look at what's inside. It's just marketing/fluff. There's alot of it out there. That's why I'm always saying there's alot of smoke and mirrors in the fireworks business.

Even though they are not really a 3” she’ll inside .. and still have to adhere to the 500g limit,, a lot of them are still really nice. And offer effects and bigger breaks than other cakes and shells

There are some nice ones, but they're just 9 shot 500g cakes at the end of the day. I wish we could get the shells in the nicer ones as a reloadable.

1.3 3 inch shell has around 130 grams Vs 62mm 60mm or NOAB that is regulated to no more than 60 grams
