I have two displayfireworks1 500 Gram cakes arriving in June 2020. Here is the artwork I created for them. Please note I placed a watermark on the artwork that will not be visible on the final product. Both cakes will have fuse and electric firing. Product distributed through Wholesale Fireworks in Hubbard Ohio.

Yes its called ShotSpotter. Used in some cities to not only ID gun fire but fireworks activity

Received a picture today of the DF1 firecracker production. Now all I need is ride from China to Hubbard Ohio. There was rumor they were sold domestically in China during Chinese New Year, but now I see different.

I do not have any of these products pictured. I am hoping for delivery between now and June. There is also a second round of the first series of cakes I am waiting for also.

I ordered some rock drill parts and they got stuck in "Export Control" at Shanghai for a week, even though they were sent Fedex 2-day. I wonder if they are inspecting outgoing shipments to limit the amount of medical supplies/etc. leaving the country?

I can tell you a few fireworks companies in China offered to send me mask and made comment they are already sending mask to some of their customers in United States. So there may be something to your line of thinking.

Well, not from China but from the USPS. I ordered some fuse, and it was shipped out of Montana. 2 days to get to Pittsburgh, PA, then to Harrisburg, on to Philly, up to Mifflinburg, then to Allentown, now back to Mifflinburg. Checked my local post office today they said it is scheduled to be here???? If I don't get it on Saturday check back on Monday. I know it's all ground service, but 2 days from Montana to Pittsburgh, then 6 days going from one end of my state to another end and still not delivered. Good thing i don't really need it at the moment.

So now it's Sunday, and still no fuse. Talked to the last known post office yesterday, they verified it was there and now it isn't there, "off to the final destination" but my tracking still has it there and that it has not moved since last Thursday.

Normally I just get most of my stuff like fuse from an assortment of different local fireworks places, to avoid the high shipping prices - but all of my local store seem to be out, at least on the fuse I normally use and also "bulk" like rolls of cannon fuse.

You should do a Covid-19 dahlia cake with red, orange and yellow effects. You can show yourself on the label with your mask on. Or would that be in poor taste?

Its funny you said that Rick. One of the pieces of artwork I finished just around the time the virus was hitting United States has some details in the artwork that resemble current events. It was all pure accident . I'll tell the story when the time comes.

Two or even three at the same time on a firing system would be a great opener and/or finale also. It is so easy to wire up with the E-Match port already in place.

it would be great to have one that is all red and all white, too. just to get that red, white, and blue up in the sky. i have a hard time finding that in anything. usually they have red & blue, but no white. don't know if it's a good idea or not, just thinking out loud

seems like everyone can't get over that blue. it is amazing, i have to admit. i am happy we can talk about stuff like that here. several people flamed me on another site just for mentioning that forward's fireworks seem to have some of the most vibrant and beautiful colors i have ever seen. (just like this cake, very impressive) next thing i know i'm in a flame war.

Lol.. I know what you mean. I'm in a few astronomy groups on FB and the people are brutal. One guy posted a drawing of our solar system superimposed over the opening of a black hole just to show the scale of the thing. This one guy called him everything buy a human being saying he had the black hole in the wrong place in the sky and he should know better, blah blah, blah!! It was insane. I just don't understand why people get so worked up over such nonsense. If you disagree, hit the "next" button and move the eff on....

In any event... Like you, I'm glad I found this forum and not some of those other groups. I have no desire to get involved in that kind of BS at my advanced age and temperament.

I was just telling a friend of mine that is making a purchase at wfboom. 2 to 4 of these Recursions on a firing system at the same time would make a nice finale to a consumer display.
