Hey Everyone! We hope this finds you safe and healthy during these trying times. We wanted to give our customers an update on our current shipping procedures and offer discounting through next week. The State of Ohio, where our warehouse is located, has been issued a "Stay-at-Home" Order through April 6th. During this time our staff will always be working remotely with access to our e-mail and our phone system will be open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, so we are still accepting orders via e-mail and phone. Our website will also be fully functional, so orders can be placed there as well. Due to the stay at home order we will not be able to offer pickup or shipment until after April 6th. Despite this delay, by placing your orders you will be guaranteed your product. Production and shipping in China are back to normal, so we have shipments on the water as we speak and are expecting most of our out-of-stock items to make it in time for the 4th.
String Ordering to Guarantee In-Stock Items
If you aren't ready to put in your full order, want to take advantage of our March sale, and/or waiting for certain items to come in stock, you can start with a few items and add to your order over the next few months. All you have to do is select "Warehouse Pickup" at checkout, place your order and we will start a pre-order pallet for you here at our warehouse. Once you have completed your full order, we will charge you shipping all at once and ship it out to you. Most of the items that are in-stock now will not have any more shipments coming, so these items could run out at any time. If there are any of these you really want, we would recommend getting an order started.
