What state(s) are the most lenient on days to shoot fireworks? Being a resident of Michigan, we enjoy 12/13 days. (Cut down from 30, I think..)

We can shoot all year in PA but you have to make sure you have the proper offsets from buildings (I believe 150') etc. You also have to abide by other local ordinances which can differ (e.g. noise ordinances). Were I live is rather urban so you won't find any place with enough space to legally shoot. But much of PA is rural. Ironically enough I live within walking distance of 3 big firework stores (all BOGO joints). That's because I live just over the NJ/PA border. It's only been a few years since PA residence could purchase anything from the stores but "safe & Sane" stuff. Opening up sales to all fireworks came at the cost of an additional 12% tax that is charged on top of local sales tax.
