Hammer Crackers

These seem like they contain no flash powder as they weigh very little.Plastic end caps instead of plaster plugs.They don't have the tiny firecrackers encased in plaster. They pack a real bang, for a 1.4g cracker.

The old Forward were the best. Forward still makes yet - but just mostly just like other crackers of that type.

Light weight is a crude way of separating blackpowder crackers from flashcrackers; the latter weigh much less for the size. So if these tubes used BP, they would be heavier. Don't know if BP crackers are made any longer, even in China.

I picked up 2 boxes of these "Hammer Crackers". One is in my display and the other for comparing with other firecrackers. They are louder than a standard firecracker but not as loud as a "Blast Cracker".
