Interesting, not sure but I believe this is the location. I did not see mention if who the "Forklift operator trainer" is?

Pretty sure that if a business has over 10 employees you are required by OSHA to maintain forklift (actually any PIE) daily inspection records and have certified operators.

If that is the pic of the business, I count over 10 cars there so I’d say it’s legit.

Bad thing is, I’ll bet you a buck that it was a disgruntled employee that did some research and reported
them. OSHA doesn’t just show up randomly.
