slats/labels question

How do you guys/gals print labels when using slats? specifically when adding multiple shots in series or parallel on the same cues. Say I have
CH 1 Cue 1 on two slats with one shot, I would now need 2 labels correct? (left and right). IF I wanted to shot lets say 3 shots in series on left and right CH 1 Cue 1, that would be 6 labels correct? Whats the best way to make sure you have the right amount of labels? Hope this made sence.

For me i ran 3 slats on every channel and i just printed 3 sets of labels and labeled each set slat1 slat 2 slat 3 this was example of 1 of the sheets most of the show was pretty simple so worked great 4434
