kinda of a newbie question maybe but why does it seem like its always BUDGET trucks transporting the product?? with any manufacture really.... always wondered that

Main reason it that they seem to have the best prices for rentals. Also, for example---U Haul prohibited transportation of fireworks in their rental trucks--until this year. We did rent a couple UHausl this year because they were the closest [but definitely NOT the cheapest]. Fleet rental packages from Budget are pretty good.

Yes that is the reason, not all rental companies permit the vehicle to be used for explsives per the rental agreement. Except if I'm driving. LOL

Budget has a department dedicated to professional fireworks companies renting trucks around July 4th. They are able to get you what you need, whereas Ryder, MHC, etc sometimes have trouble getting you enough trucks. Budget trucks suck though

budget requires you to rent by the month under their fireworks contract unless things have changed.

I think it's a minimum three week rental around the July 4th holiday.
