This video is from 2016. An International Budget Truck. Listen to my confusion and frustration. The truck let me take it from park to drive after I pressed the brake. The problem was, it still acted like it was in neutral and a light illuminated on the dash that said "Range Inhibited".

I swear I have a video of almost every event that can occur good and bad during a fireworks display. LOL

Yea same here we just had one of our finale chains get wet so I cut the chain and brought the quick match and tested it sure enough it would light then go out so I had to go take all the lift cups off the shells and replace all the QM and rechain them

I work For a International Dealership. Range Inhibited switch(neutral safety switch) Is a Internal switch on The Allison automatic transmission. Switch must of been faulty and thought the truck was still in neutral. New trucks in general have alot of electrical/emissions issues.
