"Pirate Bombs" made for the Polish market. In the German market it's known as "Kubischer Kanonenschlag" (nicknamed "Kubi"). There is a similar one made for the Indian market with a small fuse.
Class: UN0337 1.4S
*Note* mine is a bit different; it's coated in plaster. It appears to contain black powder.

Yes, I had a couple of these, wrapped in jute as yours is but laquered with a different label w/ German instructions/warnings, a little longer fuse with the tip coated in BP slurry. Shake it, you can tell if it's BP or flash by the rattle (or lack thereof). They make a weak pop with lots of smoke, still a lot of fun.

I believe those are black powder. They use a time fuse on it. Seems like a waste.
