Welcome to pyrotalk forums. I believe they had the 2010 PGI convention in that Fox Cities area and it flooded out.

That looks like a fiberglass rack floating. I wonder if HDPE racks float also? LOL

OMG... Looks like someone won a prize for the worst possible site selection for the 2010 convention.

Yes, and that?s why that this was the last year the convention was held in WI. Lots of politics where involved in this disaster. Good news is Oshkosh WI has a proposal and is a likely host site for 2021. If you haven?t heard the convention will be back in Fargo for 2020, 2017 was believed to be the last year, however planned development of those grounds are no longer happening.
