Saw that. While they ruled its unconstitutional, they go on to mention Phantom and Sky fireworks being the ones who were opposed to selling the big 1.4 stuff at tents. They cited improper storage as well, but all the tents around me had a magazine that they placed stock in overnight.
I like Phantom, I go there for some 1.4 stuff (echo in the ear caninster shells) but after getting my type 54, and learning of the 1.3 distributors, I found that most sell 1.4 as well, at significantly cheaper rates. If I recall correctly, at the tents this summer that I checked out, none of them were selling anything airborne, except cakes.....it was all ground stuff.

We picked up a couple of cases of ball shells and some bigger canisters at one of the tents. Actually gave us a fair price for the cases.
