Ok so I just received my type 54 a couple weeks ago. My boss loved tht I got mine and wants his since he pyro fan and does shows in his neighborhood on the 4th. He told me he had a DUI over 20 years ago. Would that cause him to not be able to obtain his license?? I asked my ATF lady but she never responded. Thanks from Kentucky.

As long as it wasn't a felony conviction it shouldn't be a problem
