Address Change

I will be moving here shortly and was curious what form do i need to do an address change with the ATF for my Type 54. Thanks for any help. Most of the things I find on google are about firearms.

call the atf office

or text your ATF agent that came to your house... he always answers my questions

Before you call be ready to update your contingency if needed. That will be their first question

Right on the front on your permit.. gives the instructions of what to do.. along with the phone,fax,email and address of how to contact them .. almost seems like they just want a letter or a phone call from you .. maybe they will then send you the form you need..

You will need to relinquish your license and send in the original with the proper paperwork. Once they receive it they will call and talk with you and send the new one out.
That's what I did last year when I moved, granted I only moved about 5 miles.
