no it is not there is a couple of places to find it but not many, plus they are way over priced. other wise we just have the regular stuff like dominator, CE, world class etc. there are quite a few places in ND to find UNI though!

It's always overpriced, but that's all fireworks... The bigger you go the more expensive it gets. Plus uni is typically marked up quite a bit, chases away the people who shouldn't be buying it. One of my local retailers sells a 200gram uni cake for $25.... I've spent many days helping run his shop, never seen anyone who wasn't a true pyro buy one.
