Dragon brand 1.4 salutes any good?

Visited a fireworks store today to pick up a couple cheap racks and they were stocking some salutes by dragon. The retail price is way too high, so I would be looking at doing a case, but just wondering if anyone has experience with these and if they are any good. He told me he would sell me a single box (6 pcs) at a discounted price, and I should have picked them up probably...but I just didn’t know what to expect from them so I passed.

There is no such thing as 1.4 salutes unless you are talking about firecrackers.
