Anybody using FWsim Pro to put together shows?

Hi all,
I am using this as I have it...however I am finding almost no support. I know Finale is the stuff to work with but so very expensive and out of my range. Does anybody have a cake database for this? Would ShowSim Backyard be a better choice?

I tried to sign up FWSim or whatever name they go by a few times but never heard from them . I suggest contacting them.
