Show creator license question

Hi all,

So I used the scripting software until my free trial ran out. I got on the website today and purchased a license, but I didn't get any kind of product key and cant use my software.

Are they really going to ship the license to me?? I just assumed since its 2018 the product key would automatically generate and would be sent to me via email. I did try to call, but being Saturday I didn't have any luck.

Does it really work like this, or am I missing something?

I got mine yesterday, it came by email, check your spam!

Like CMiller said--it should have been emailed to you right away. Check your spam folder. If it is not there then send them an email and they will resend it to you. No worries--their customer service is second to none!!!
