it still says "secure connection failed" maybe it has something to do with my anti-virus?

I just checked cause you and I had the same problem with 76 that one time but the Intergalactic site is working currently for me.

Trying clearing the cache in your web browser and try again. It might be trying to load it from a cached link that no longer works.
