I would load both scripts as one show and press the ARM button to pause the display then, press the ARM button to resume the display as Dave suggested. That is the easiest way to accomplish what you are to do.

Adding to what Northern said, make one audio file that includes both songs for both scripts. Just hit arm when the first show is over and then arm again to start for the second show and the second song. You can also add the exact amount of "no music time" between the songs you want by just setting the volume to zero in whatever software you create your audiobox.mp3 in and you can just let the script run as a single show. You wont have to disarm and arm again, it will just work as a single script.
