It is called "Ludlow Kissel and the Dago Bomb That Struck Back"
It is a reading of a fiction story about a kids remembrance of a 1930's 4th of July celebration. It is done by a fabulous storyteller named Jean Shepherd who did a radio show in New York City for many years. He is the guy who wrote the original story, and was the narrator for the move "A Christmas Story" that I'm sure many of you are familiar with. It is about 25 minutes long so grab a beverage and kick back and listen. The actual reading will start about 8 minutes into the program so you may want to skip ahead to that point. I feel certain that his ability will captivate you and it is so much fun to hear references to the old firecrackers and such. Enjoy!
