This was probably caused by using the wrong diameter tube for the shell. Definitely a 1.3g shell. That is why you don't light that type of shell in a subdivision. Two words Dumb Ass! These are the idiots that make our hobby get harder every year!

For Sure Some AS%$#@^ got a 5 or a 6 inch shell illegally and thats the out come. this is who ruins it for us . They used a pvc pipe with too much space around it ............
