The above link gives us a tragic reminder of what we play with. This man was killed here in my home state of ky lighting what appears to be 1.4 consumer product. Just wanted to share. And please understand that I just stood way to close to 6" shells going off tonight and never thought a thing about it...but I should have been. I was more worried about the remote and the show. We all forget ...

you can google it if you want, it should pop up on indy star newspaper. from what I can tell a mortar fired early as he was over the tube and struck him in the chest and stopped his heart. definitely a sobering reminder, safety first.

I personally love being next to the racks up close and hand firing. The #1 Rule always...... Never have any part of your body over the guns when loaded with shells!
