Hello M Miles. Was that you I was talking to yesterday? LOL
Just a quickie summary. Pa Laws says you must get a permit from your local AHJ - Authority having Jurisdiction. That would be twp supervisors, town mayor, council members, codes officer, fire dept head. Yes there might be a few hoops to jump through = but if you can "JUMP" go for it.
EVEN though i have heard through grapevine that some PA companies let PA residents buy without a permit they are doing so illegally and will some day be found out and shut down....There was a big investigation about 3 years ago that involved 5 companies who got heavily fined from the PA Attorney General office for illegal sales.
