As a fireworks retailer, enthusiast, hobby shooter and Fireman, this kind of mess really bothers me. I know some of you store 1.4 fireworks in your garage and out buildings in your residential areas and I do not mind that so much from a fireman's point of view because it is practically impossible to get 1.4 to simultaneously com-bust. The 1.3 can be a different story, I would be pretty angry if I sent fireman into a garage full of 3-5" shells, especially salutes, it would be a deathtrap. People like this are like illegal gun owners, they give law enforcement, BATF, fire Marshall's, and politicians all a reason to be hard on the rest of us.
These kind of people are the 10% that ruin it for the 90% that are trying to be responsible, law abiding pyro enthusiast.
