This is a Spirit of 76 professional product. It is a great product to teach on. There are many inexperienced fireworks enthusiast that scan the discussion boards this time of year. if you had to explain the options of this product how would you explain it? Here are the pictures.

In short, I would cover these points:
*Orientation (Parallel with crowd)
*Ematch ports
*Firing options via ports (center out, out to center, left to right, right to left)
*Advanced firing options (from left and center to right, from center and right to left, simultaneous, sequential, and parallel firing)
*Stabilizing the item
*Putting wood or metal high barriers between multiple fans to avoid burning cakes causing crossfire

DexTee, good suggestions. I used these fan cakes a lot. They really add a lot to a show especially if you are doing it to music and have audiobox or similar. Only other item I would add is making sure you understand how wide some of these effects are. I was surprised myself when I first shot these off. For example the crossettes shoot about 500ft + wide but thats also the reason they look so good lol.

I cant wait to hook up with my local pyro club so i can get some of those sweeps. Theyre an effect i want for sure in future shows, just need to go through the clubs safety meet and greet so i can fax that off to spirit of 76 for next years show. The easiest way i would explain that would be to research the whole idea of fireworks throughout the year. They would gleam so much information on the boards that their eyes would truly be open to what they've been missing by just going to stands on the 4th of July. The time is now with i-matches and all of these firing systems to really put on a show that the crowd wont forget, just have to research a little to see what is here.

Where does one purchase firewire initiators with this T-lock port? I'm *assuming* these are MJG products since they're the people who developed the firewire initiators, but I don't see them advertised on their website. Is SO76 the only place you can get them??

SO76 is the only place i have seen them so far.

What DexTee said . Are these 1.4 pro or labeled as 1.3. I know it say proline but those ports can be for e-match only.

The one thing I would also add to the explanation is the difference between a fan sweep, a fan slice, and a lollipop. They all look the same to the inexperienced eye but the firings onthem can she drastically different. A sweep has the aforementioned options, a slice would all at once, and a lollipop can be a sweep or a slice but has the shots that pretty much run across the ground and in the air and must be mounted accordingly. Wouldn't want someone to mixed them up based on outward appearance.
