Lift for 3" Shells

Hello everyone, just had a quick question. Im new here so feel free to move the topic if this does not suit it. Whats BP life should I use for 3+ inch shells, specifically salutes? Im thinking on getting PYRODEX RS FFg powder, but Im not too sure. Could anyone help me out?

I know how much to put in it, Im asking what brand of powder. Thanks though.
