I love so many of the effects, I truly do… But I am always especially captivated when a shell burst ends with long lasting strobes.

Favorite probably either brocades or good crossettes... Crossettes since i don't have the time or tooling to make stars that complex... Love crackle/dragon eggs...

Farfalle has first place---then Willows, Brocades, Horsetails, Sunflowers in no particular order. And ANYTHING in an Italian or Maltese style multi break shell!!!

One of the newer effects that has my eye is this cake. As soon as I saw it on display at the NFA convention, I was thinking , yes that is exactly the type of cake effect I though needed made. As an added bonus I now have one. I just need the right time and place to shoot it.

My local class b guy has a dragon egg fountain that I'm trying this year... It's a 1.3 fountain, even though i never do any fountains, i gotta try it

Rising Tail into a Waterfall. There is one cake I have where the Waterfall ends with crackling bursts on the tips. Absolutely my favorite.
